By Plane

The Prague Airport is situated 150 km from Hradec Králové.
Take the bus AE (Airport Express) to the Main Train Station, and take a train.

By Train

By Car

Hradec Králové is connected by highway D11 to Prague. The drivers are obliged to pay a fee (310 CZK = 12.50 EUR for 10 days) for driving at highways in the Czech Republic. From Vienna, you can take the E 461 road through Brno and then in Svitavy switch for the E 442. The distance from Vienna to Hradec Králové is about 275 km. From Poland, take the E 67 road. The distance from Warsaw to Hradec Králové is about 500 km. You can park your car in the University campus, in front of the conference venue.


Public Transport in Hradec Králové

From the Hradec Králové Main Train Station or Bus Terminal to the Venue or Hostel Academic take bus no. 1 or 8 to the stop "Heyrovského" or bus no. 9 or 24 to the stop "Fakultní nemocnice B" or bus no. 2 or 16 to the stop "Zimní stadion". To the historical center (where the most of the suggested hotels are situated) take bus no. 2, 5, 6, 16 to the stop Adalbertinum. To the hotel Tereziánský dvůr take bus 2 or 4 to the stop Komenského. The bus tickets bus tickets are available by the driver for 25 CZK.

Conference fee does not include the accommodation. The organizers will care about the accomodation for Invited Plenary Speakers and DGA Editors. All other participants are expected to make their own hotel arrangements. Please, book your hotel in advance, especially in the case of the Hotel house Academic.
